Our goal is to ship your
order as quickly as possible subject to availability, receipt of payment and
credit authorization. Standard Shipping Fees for each individual items are listed on the
product's page, and applies to Domestic U.S.A. Lower 48 states only. Shipping to
APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur additional charges.
Standard Shipping will be shipped by a method that we will determine at the time of shipment.
Standard Shipping Transit Time is roughly 3 to 8 days,
depending on your destination and distance from our fulfillment location in California.
If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You will see
this status reflected when your view your Order Status online.
Please note that orders to APO, FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii,
and Puerto Rico will almost always be shipped by US Postal Service when this method of shipping
Rush Shipping (Domestic U.S.A. Only)
Available for an additional cost via 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air or Overnight.
Rates are calulated based on the total weight of products ordered, and your destination zip code.
For all orders with Rush Shipping method selected,
please allow a minimum of 24 hours for processing and shipping. Back-ordered
item may delay shipping, in such event, we will notify you for alternative options.
International Shipping (Outside U.S.A. Countries)
Most orders can be shipped outside the U.S.A., if your country is listed in our system (some exceptions apply). You can calculate the
shipping rate for your order by adding the product(s) to your shopping cart, and use the Shipping Estimator
by selecting your country. All International orders are subject to verification before we can accept your order.
Due to the complexity and variety of Interntional shipping, we reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot
ship to your country. All International customers are also ultimately responsible for any Duties/Taxes that are imposed
by your country's Customs when you receive your package. Transit time is never guaranteed. Please contact us for more
information before you place your order.
In the unlikely event that our system miscalculates your Shipping fee after you Checkout,
we reserve the right to adjust your Shipping fee and approve your order after we
receive your address information. The Shipping & Handling fees quoted on this website does not
apply to wholesale or marketplace orders placed elsewhere.
Payment Address Verification Policy
Address verification is a precautionary measure that we perform to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does
not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address
verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an
authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information
after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address. Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified
before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing
an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a
call at our Order Fulfillment hotline (909)895-3158 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.
Orders with the same billing
and shipping address will ensure no delay in payment authorization, therefore, will be shipped faster.
You may return most items sold by postalbay.com Online Store within 30 days
of delivery for a full refund (less original S&H fee), and we
will only pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result
of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange or
return items unless you received a damaged, defective, or
incorrect item upon arrival of your package. All such cases must
be reported to our customer service within 3 days of delivery,
otherwise, the sale is considered firm and we will be unable to
issue any returns or exchanges.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain
items under any circumstances, including:
- Consumable products including: Inks, Toners, Medias, Food (other than tea or coffee).
- Computer Software products that are opened, cannot be returned for a refund. No exceptions.
- Any item that is returned after more than 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Any "Final Sale" items as marked on the Product's Description page.
Returning a gift? If you received your item(s) from
postalbay.com Online Store as a gift from your friend or relative who placed
